About this contract

Brunel University London's Physiotherapy Department is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to provide Ultrasound System Support to its expanding and innovative Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Training Programmes. The Department is a leader in higher educational instruction based Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound training for accredited programs including its Post Graduate Certificate MSK, foot and ankle Post Graduate Certificate, guided injection module and soon to launch international program run jointly between Brunel University London and the highly regarded teaching team from The Ultrasound Site Ltd. The Physiotherapy Department has established relationships with large National Health Service trusts and organisations to provide training support to staff. The cohort for these programs is multi-disciplinary including Sonographers, Physiotherapists, General Practitioners, Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultants, Rheumatologists, Accident and Emergency Consultants, Orthopaedic Consultants and more from both Radiology and point of care environments. The following support and services are required; - Twenty (20) ultrasound systems per day, dependent on student numbers. To be provided on site at Brunel University Campus, Uxbridge. o Please provide the model information o Systems need to be mobile ultrasound units with power leads be able to connect to projectors / Television screens via High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) leads include high frequency linear probes with a minimum frequency 12 MHz and x2 Curvilinear x2 high frequency hockey stick probes The proposed systems may need to be trialled as part of the tendering process - An application specialist on site during taught days (may be option to reduce this once teaching team familiar with devices) Provision required for Thirty (30) days (8am - 6pm), including some weekend provision.
