South Gloucestershire Council uses intelligent traffic systems to manage traffic and minimise travel times. Critical to these high level objectives is the deployment and utilisation of effective traffic signal control methodologies and, in particular, Microprocessor Optimised Vehicle Actuation (MOVA).
