About this contract

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure the design and construction of the Mote Park Kiosk change of use and extension works at Mote Park, Willow Way, Maidstone, ME15 7RN. Andrew Wells Architectural Planning and Design have applied and obtained planning permission (see appendix C of theses tender documents) to proceed with the provision of disabled WC's, storage and changing rooms facilities. Mote Park, being a Heritage site in the Maidstone Borough have obtained planning permission with some conditions to be discharged. The discharge of these conditions will be managed by Andrew Wells Architectural Planning Design. ITT issued 9th October 2024 Site visit available dates 14th October 2024 and 23rd October 2024 Tender Clarification Deadlines 30th October 2024 Return of ITT 12.00pm 6th November 2024 Tender evaluation and approvals 6th November 2024 to 15th November 2024 Inform ITT outcome 15th November 2024 Standstill period 15th November 2024 to 22nd November 2024 Start on Site 25th November 2024 All expressions of interest and subsequent correspondence and submissions needing to be made via the Kent Business Portal.
