About this contract

The site at Morley is a former oil refinery and the land is heavily contaminated. It is located next to Morley Rail Station and has the potential to be developed into a Rail Station car park. Surveys are required to assess the contamination and estimate a cost to remediate. Utilising the surveys, WYCA requires outline design options to develop some or all of the land into a Rail Station Car Park with a minimum of 125 spaces.
