About this contract

BCP Council ('the Council') is seeking an experienced trader to operate a seasonal mobile ice-cream concession on Gundimore promenade, to enhance the existing food offers at Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. The contract is for three years, starting in Spring 2023 to 31st March 2026. The successful Operator to provide a quality, self-contained mobile unit serving Ice cream (whipped and/or soft scoop); ice lollipops; hot and cold drinks; confectionary (sweets, crisps, chocolate).
