About this contract

Minor Eye Conditions Service. It is proposed that the contract would be for duration of 3 years, commencing on 1 April 2018. The total budget will be circa £470,000 per year. A three year contract therefore has a value of circa £1,410,000. There will be an option (at the CCG's sole discretion) to extend the contract for a period of up to two further years thereafter. A three year contract plus an extension of a further two years thereafter would have a value of circa £2,350,000.
