Milefield Primary School – 2Nr new extensions, internal alterations/refurbishment and replacement strip rooflights and associated roofing works including external works and drainage alterations. Construction of two extensions for School and Childrens Centre staff and administration. Refurbishment of vacated areas within the existing building to form 3Nr classrooms and associated accommodation together with alterations and refurbishment of stores, corridor and other areas within existing building. Replacement of existing strip rooflights and associated roofing works. External works comprising alterations to existing paved areas, new footpaths and fencing together with drainage alterations NOTE; Applicants will need to register their interest against this procurement exercise via YORTENDER in order to gain access to the PQQ.
