About this contract
We are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver coordinated support to the ‘spoke’ locations outlined in the Specification. The successful supplier will be responsible for overseeing a connected network of services, ensuring clear and efficient referral pathways, and linking veterans to appropriate non‑complex clinical and peer‑support interventions. The service will also be expected to integrate effectively with relevant statutory services where the veteran’s presenting needs require onward connection.

Lot — bid on it if it fits
This contract has one lot. Bid if it suits your firm.
The supplier will deliver coordinated support to the ‘Spokes’ for both regional and local assistance, including peer support and access to evidence-based interventions for those with less complex needs. Developing local networks and partnerships between statutory services and third sector organisations, this model represents a ‘no wrong door’ approach, meaning veterans can enter the pathway through multiple routes and still receive consistent, high-quality care as close to home as possible. The ‘spokes’ will also promote wellbeing to enable veterans to ‘wait well’ for treatment. Where complex care is required, the provider will ensure a ‘warm’ handover to statutory services.Value not published
