About this contract

The provision of an easily accessed resource to support people to assess their needs and decide on how they could improve their mental health and wellbeing with the support of a coach. This help will focus on a recovery / action plan to look at a wide range of support and resource options, some to be provided by the host organisation and others potentially by other means. We are inviting bids to deliver this service in two geographic locations: Chester, Ellesmere Port and the West of the Borough; and Northwich, Winsford and the East of the Borough.
