About this contract

The London Borough of Sutton (the Council) intends to commission an independent and impartial mediation and disagreement resolution service across special educational provision and health and social care provision in relation to Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans. This service will deliver the Local Authority's statutory duty for children and young people who have special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), aged 0 to 25, and their parents in the borough.
