Newlon Housing Trust needs to re-procure several services in the Property Services Department. Bids are invitedfrom interested Mechanical & Electrical Engineers/ Consultants who would like to provide us with advice beforeNewlon Housing Trust re-procures the Fire Systems maintenance and repair service. The consultant will have to do a survey of the properties, provide an up-to-date report and specification and a price list/ cost model for maintenance works prior to re-procurement of the services. The appointed consultant will also be required to provide us with advice and assistance regarding KPIs during the re-procurement of the main service.
