About this contract

Mid Devon Leisure (MDL) is a non-statutory service within Mid Devon District Council (MDDC), operating sites in; Crediton, Cullompton and Tiverton. The assets include; Artificial Turf Pitches, Fitness Studios, Multipurpose Studios, Sports Halls, Squash Courts, Swimming Pools, Teaching Pools, Tennis Courts, Training Rooms and Saunas. The Council is looking for a supplier to deliver the provision of Wetside equipment across its two existing leisure wet sites. To reflect our aspiration for the future we want more than a retail supplier; we want a partner that can help us stay at the forefront of a fast moving industry and help drive income to achieve budget. We want this to be a true partnership that maximises the opportunity at our existing leisure centres and creates capacity to seek new opportunities, to supply quality swimwear and swim equipment for adults, juniors and infants swimmers. At a price point suitable for swimmers that are just starting out swimming or swimming for fitness or recreation.
