About this contract

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualifies contractor to carry out asbestos management works including surveys, samples, removals, collection and disposal for the period 2024 - 2028, to Council owned properties throughout Mid Devon. With the exception of the surveys this contract will only include works to be carried out by a licensed asbestos removal contractor. The definition of a Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor is contained within the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and on the Health and Safety Executives website under asbestos. . Location: To Council properties throughout Mid Devon District.
