About this contract

Mid Devon District Council is looking to appoint consultants to support it in the production of a phasing and delivery strategy (PDS) related to the delivery of the East Cullompton / Culm Garden Village proposals. This will be a collaborative exercise working closely with landowners/promoters and developers and so the support will be focussed on project managing and co-ordinating the delivery of the PDS on behalf of the Council and the related stakeholder engagement and liaison.
