About this contract
An innovative and creative consultant is required to develop and provide a dynamic Masterplan Scoping Study of the Cheltenham Town Hall, exploring and defining its future potential to aid decision making and re-imagining the use of the asset in a 21st Century setting. Additional information: Previous work has outlined a range of options that could open up new opportunities for wider participation and enjoyment of the venue, capturing new audiences through extended activities and involvement of the town's community and beyond. The aim is to create a culturally, socially, environmentally, technically, and economically viable destination that contributes to a strong sense of place, highlighting the town's wider offer, establishing Cheltenham as a leading all-year destination. In order to achieve this bold ambition, the Council in partnership with the Trust, wishes to develop a Masterplan Scoping Study which will be used to explore and ascertain the most beneficial options to establish a new era defining the long term use for this iconic site.
