About this contract
Provision of consultancy service to design the marketing and communications organisation for the British Council. We expect the scope of work to include: - Review of existing recommendations - Design of Future Organisation including o Definition of guiding principles o Core activity Map, distinguishing what is done in HQ, SBU, REGION and Country o British Council wide Marketing & Communications operating framework o Definition of template structures for Global, Regional and Country (small/medium/large sizes) o Development of the competency framework for Marketing and Communications o Standard roles profiles o Governance and ways of working o Development of a High level transition plan Out of this scope of work is consultancy activity looking to define: - Marketing and Communications processes and procedures - Systems/ Technology - Management information We expect the consultant to help us: - Set-up the project - Review existing recommendations and identify any critical gaps - Design the future organisation template - Manage and gain input from critical stakeholders - Ensure alignment with other organisation design proposals in development Additional information: If you are interested in bidding for this work please follow the link above and register, once registered you will have access to the documents.
