About this contract

Halton Borough Council is looking to appoint a property agent to work with/alongside the Council for marketing for sale 3 industrial investment opportunities known as: Marshgate - St.Michaels industrial Estate, Widnes Oldgate - St Michaels Industrial Estate, Widnes Dewar Court - Davy Road, Astmoor, Runcorn This work will be on behalf of the Councils Economy, Enterprise and Property Directorate, you will be required to: · Work with the Council to market the investments for sale. · Agree a clear marketing strategy, including costs and time scales. · Provide advice and recommendations on offers received. · Provide advice on type, identity and trade record of potential purchasers. · Take a package to market · Work with the Council to agree terms, instruct solicitors and complete appropriate legal documentation. <b> </b> <b><i> </i></b> Additional information: Halton Borough Council is looking to appoint a property agent to work with/alongside the Council for marketing for sale 3 industrial investment opportunities.
