About this contract

We are seeking a Managed Vehicle Recovery Service. The Recovery Operators will be responsible for providing suitable resources to achieve a professional, efficient recovery service. The Police will pass to the Contractor the essential details of any incident with location, vehicles(s) involved and the reason for recovery. The Contractor will return the Police call confirming which Recovery Operator is attending and the estimated time of arrival on scene.
