About this contract

The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority is seeking to procure a managed support service solution on a 3 year contract with an option to extend the term for 2 further periods of up to 12 months each The solution is to provide management and support for: - Telephony; - Servers – both physical and virtual; - Patching; - Server and desktop maintenance; - Monitoring of the ICT environment; - Desktop infrastructure i.e. screens, workstations, desk phones; - RDBMS; - Networking including internet connection; - Network architecture; - Firewalls; - Security; - Data centre; - Licensing of the server and desktop environment; and - Change management and other professional services TO EXPRESS INTEREST IN THIS OPPORTUNITY OR TO ASK CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS YOU MUST DO SO VIA REGISTERING ON THE E-TENDERING PORTAL https://in-tendhost.co.uk/intendsharedservices/aspx/.
