About this contract
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust requires a supplier, or suppliers, who can deliver various facilities management maintenance services. Draft tender documents, containing the various specifications plus supporting documents, are supplied with the PQQ, but the final specifications – expected to be broadly similar – will be issued with the tender. Please note that there are around 80 draft tender documents, covering all 17 lots, which have been made available with this contract notice, to help you to decide if this project is suitable for your organisation. These tender documents are, at this stage, for your information only; they will be reissued for completion at the ‘Invitation To Tender’ stage of the procurement (ITT) to selected bidders only. The only document you need to complete and return by the deadline stated in the PQQ (Note 6 on page 1 of the PQQ) is the PQQ itself plus any documents specifically requested in the PQQ. Potential bidders may apply for one, more than one or all of the following lots: Lot 1: Lift Maintenance Lot 2: Staff Personal Alarms Lot 3: Automatic Doors and Shutters Lot 4: Heating Ventilation Air-conditioning and Boiler Maintenance Lot 5: Macerators and Pan Washers Lot 6: PPM, to include: fire doors, means of escape, low/med secure standards (perimeter checks and vegetation growth), deep clean, window restrictors, and kitchen duct cleaning Lot 7: Grounds and Garden Maintenance, including tree inspections and gritting Lot 8: Electrical maintenance, including PAT, emergency lighting and lightning protection Lot 9: Nurse Call Bells Lot 10: Asbestos, to include: surveys, training and consultancy Lot 11: Building Management Systems Maintenance Lot 12: Safe Water Management Lot 13: Fire Protection systems, to include: dampers, door release, suppressant, hydrants, extinguishers, alarm monitoring and maintenance Lot 14: Generator Maintenance Lot 15: White Goods Service and Maintenance, to include: washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, regen ovens and domestic and medical refrigerators Lot 16: Dental Autoclave Servicing and Pressure Vessel Inspections (PVIs) and Dental Compressor PVIs Lot 17: Multi-trade building maintenance and engineering call-out service (to include: electrical, plumbing, building fabric) Additional information: Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender~: 1. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) -You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box 3. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
