About this contract

The Authority is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Maintenance (and Ad-Hoc Installation) of Access Control System for a period of 1 year with 1 year extensions "Genie" access control software system is the Trust standard across all sites, though if a suitable alternative was proposed in a cost effective manner this may be considered. . The location of the above are on various Trust sites throughout Torbay and South Devon and are detailed in the 'Master Property Summary' document, which also details 'potential' numbers at each site (circa 30). The sites and numbers at each location are subject to change continuously throughout the contract term. The Master Property summary document refers to Trust sites that require: Access control system maintenance. Circa. 500 Electronic access points with circa 100 door controllers. Scope of works to include: a) Planned preventative maintenance and statutory compliance testing as necessary b) Reactive maintenance and 24 hour call out service c) Monitoring service delivery of access control systems to identify and address service failures d) Ad Hoc Minor capital works (no guaranteed minimum spend by Trust) Audit Requirements Full documents are available from the EU website after registration.
