About this contract

The Council is seeking service providers to supply mainstream home to school coach transport requirements. Services commence on 4 September 2019. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more Lots. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more routes within a Lot. • Lot 1 - Coach/bus contracts - one year with option to extend to 2021. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 31 July 2020 with an option to extend in aggregate up to 31 July 2021 • Lot 2 - Coach/bus contracts - one year with option to extend to 2022. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 31 July 2020 with an option to extend in aggregate up to 31 July 2022 • Lot 3 - Coach/bus contracts Zone 1. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 1 February 2021. • Lot 4 - Coach/bus contracts Zone 2. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 14 April 2022 • Lot 5 - Coach/bus contracts Zone 3. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 6 April 2023 • Lot 6- Coach/bus contracts Zone 5. Contract Start date: 4 September 2019. Contract End date: 17 April 2025 Tenderers are invited to tender for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 Specification for a term of 1 year to 6 years dependent upon the Lot, with an option for the Council to extend for up to 1 year for Lot 1 and 2 years for Lot 2, anticipated to commence on 4th September 2019.
