About this contract

The project will require the connection into existing services, banking ground, installation of paving, installation of a slab for modular building and resurfacing of existing footpath parallel to children's play area. Modular building installation to be undertaken by others. Details of works are provided in the Schedule of Works and appended documents. Additional information: The groundworks has elements of design TBC such as foundation design for moduar building and connection into the mains sewer. Contractor to price based on the Tender Documents provided. Where Provisional Sums have been used ensure these are noted within the tender return. Modular building design and installation to be undertaken by others.The modular building element of works is being tendered under 17-4628BS-MB.
