About this contract

Made Smarter is a high-profile Technology Adoption Programme that is crucial to the delivery of the government's Advanced Manufacturing Plan. Made Smarter is funded by The Department for Business and Trade (DBT). The Made Smarter Adoption Programme (MSA) currently operates in five regions across the Midlands and the north of England delivering not only investment to businesses but also establishing an ecosystem of suppliers and delivery partners. Made Smarter North West Adoption programme are seeking to appoint Higher Education Institute Business School providers of services related to the Leading Digital Transformation Programme: Lot 1: LDT Programme Delivery - To refine the existing Leading Digital Transformation programme's design in conjunction with the Made Smarter OD Team to reflect clients' feedback and Deliver the LDT Programme from 2025. Lot 2: Culture/Digital Readiness Survey - Creation of a Culture/Digital Readiness survey that is proprietary to Made Smarter Adoption North West. We are now looking for providers for the following services relating to the Leading Digital Transformation Programme: 1) To work with Made Smarter to create a proprietary Made Smarter culture/digital readiness client survey for the LDT programme. 2) To refine the existing Leading Digital Transformation programme's design in conjunction with the Made Smarter Organisational Development (OD) Team to reflect clients' feedback. 3) To deliver the LDT programme from 2025. The successful provider(s) will work with the Made Smarter OD Team on the survey and the refining of the programme design and then also deliver the programme in the North West from 2025. It is our intention to appoint two providers for Lot 1. One of the successful providers appointed for Lot 1, will be awarded Lot 2.
