About this contract

South Essex Homes on behalf of Southend Borough Council are seeking suitably qualified organisations to carry out works to the floors of Tower Blocks with the borough of Southend on Sea that require floor levelling works in the communal area involving different floor coverings i.e. vinyl, marley tiles, concrete etc. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility ProContract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk .
