However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.\n \n As this is a Competitive Dialogue procedure the dates shown within IV.2.2) Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate are a best estimate at the time of despatch of the notice. \n \n As this is a Competitive Dialogue procedure the dates shown within IV.2.3) Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates a best estimate at the time of despatch of the notice.\n The University of Leicester is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers to participate in a Competitive dialogue procedure to provide a Timetabling and Room Booking System.\n \n The University wishes to engage suppliers with previous experience within the Higher Education Sector, to procure a Timetabling and Room Booking System to support all students with timetabled and non-timetabled activities.\n \n The preference for the University is that the solution offered would be SAAS/ Cloud based, but will consider on-prem solutions. If shortlisted options will be discussed further with suppliers.\n \n An indicative timeline of the tender process can be found within the published tender documentation.
