About this contract
The Contractor shall provide all-inclusive Lift Maintenance Service to Council's lifts stock to include all labour and materials for replacement of parts etc that are deemed included as part of the Planned Maintenance and Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week cover and attendance to emergency and non-emergency breakdowns and call outs to fix and /or make safe. Additional information: This contract will run for 4 years with one 2 year extension. The estimated value of the contract over the 4 years is £840,000.
