About this contract

Loughborough University has a requirement to purchase a Cryogen free Physical Properties Measurement System The expectation is that we will be supplied with: • A cryogen-free magnetometer capable of 9T applied magnetic field, and variable temperature at a minimum of 4.2-300K. • Additional measurement option - thermal transport. • Said measurement system will be flexible for future upgrade (for example sub-K insert, AC susceptibility, high temperature measurements). • Additional wiring such that standard resistance, Hall effect and dielectric spectroscopy measurements can be made as a function of magnetic field and temperature. •A machine of dimensions and weight suitable to be housed in a typical educational laboratory equipped with typical connections of electrical power •A full set of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts installation manuals and handbooks, control software libraries Additional information: Loughborough University has a requirement to purchase a Cryogen free Physical Properties Measurement System.
