About this contract

This scheme comprises 30 properties which consist of 6 blocks of 1 bedroom bungalows. These properties are cavity wall, with traditional pitched roofs, UPVC double glazed windows and doors. The refurbishment to the properties will consist of overcladding of existing timber fascia, renewal of rainwater goods, repairs to privacy screens, redecoration of canopies and general enabling works. Tenderers are welcome to bid for the Scaffolding section and/or the General Building section as shown on the tender documents. Tender to be scored as price only, weighted 100%
