About this contract
Suffolk County Council is putting in place a collaborative Framework Agreement for use by Suffolk County Council, including any trading organisations wholly owned by the Council; arm's length bodies established by the Council and other public contracting authorities within geographical boundaries of the East of England, including Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Southend-on-Sea, Thurrock and Essex including but not limited to district and borough councils; other County Councils; Police; Fire and Rescue Services; Ambulance Service, Probation Service; Health Authorities; Voluntary and Community Sector; Higher and Further Educational establishments; Schools; Free schools, Academies and Pupil Referral Units. Suffolk County Council has a need for a lone worker and personal safety service for groups of employees including: o Social Workers (SWs) and Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) o Youth Offending Service (YOS) workers o Trading Standards Officers o Highways o Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) o Fire Safety, Fire Prevention and Protection Under the resultant single vendor framework, the supplier will offer a full range of cost effective solutions to cover all risk profiles to include monitoring of all live devices/solutions, appropriate intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and training.
