About this contract

The London Borough of Hounslow currently has a PFI contract in place for the maintenance of highways assets and it is through this contract that civil infrastructure works services are procured and delivered. This includes a variety of works of different scales including public realm schemes, cycle route infrastructure and controlled parking zones. To ensure value for money the council wishes to develop a framework of suppliers for civil infrastructure works as an alternative to the for the services currently procured through its PFI contract.
