About this contract

Lot 1 – General Practice, Property Management & Valuation Surveyors – to be members of the RICS. To provide advice & support to the Council on all aspects of property related work, to include, but not limited to: • Agency – Lettings & Sales. • Property Management. • Service Charge Management. • Valuations. Lot 2 – Building Surveyors – to be members of the RICS. To provide advice & support to the Council on all aspects of building condition/maintenance matters, to include, but not limited to: • Building condition surveys. • Dilapidations – preparation & service of schedules & negotiation of claims. • Providing strategic advice on dilapidations approach & timing. • Providing maintenance advice.
