About this contract

Epsom & Ewell Borough Council (the Council) is inviting experienced consultants to submit bids to prepare a Borough-wide Spatial Economic Growth Strategy (SEGS). This will be a bespoke study that will serve two functions; to provide an assessment of the current economic profile and current stock of employment land. It will also provide a spatial framework to guide future economic growth to support the new Epsom and Ewell Local Plan.
