About this contract

The Authority is seeking to establish a term contract with an Off-Site Manufacturer to support them design, develop, deliver and install new homes. The contract will be for the establishment of a single Supplier on a long-term contract up to a maximum of 10 years with the Supplier expected to provide a "Turn-key" service including design through the planning process. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest and capability to undertake the required works and services with Applicants required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice.
