About this contract

We are looking to appoint a provider that will meet or exceed our requirements in delivering a friendly, reliable and timely service that offers a range of quality office supplies at competitive prices. We also want to appoint a provider who is committed to reducing their environmental impact, and working with us to develop volunteering, learning or employment opportunities for our residents and local people. The service provision is office supplies which includes (but is not limited to) the delivery of: • Paper (e.g. copier paper, notepads) • Writing equipment (e.g. pens, pencils, highlighters, rulers) • Office equipment (e.g. laminator, hole punch, guillotine, tape dispensers, staplers) • Envelopes and address labels • Calendars and diaries • Filing products (e.g. folders, pockets, dividers etc) • Janitorial supplies (e.g. cleaning fluids, cloths, mops) • Consumables (tea, coffee, sugar, squash) • First aid supplies (full kits, replacement parts, individual kits, signage). We have 65* buildings that require a stationery service across the Southwest of England. Please see a sample of addresses below
