About this contract

This procurement contains Works and Services but predominantly Works. The procurement is set out in the form of the following two lots: Lot 1: Lift Maintenance Contract for Servicing and Repairs - East Area. This is a five-year contract with an option to extend to up to 10 years. The total maximum is up to £18m in total across the 10 years. Lot 2: Lift Maintenance Contract for Servicing and Repairs - West Area. This is also a five-year contract with an option to extend to up to 10 years. The total maximum is up to £18m in total across the 10 years. Estimated total value Value excluding VAT: £18,000,000 to £36,000,000
