About this contract

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of 2 simplex traction passenger goods lifts (26 & 31) and 1 simplex truck/lorry lift, located at the Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS. The duration of the contract is 11 months subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 1 month. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 12 months. The City has a set budget for these works of £1,800,000. Bids that exceed this value will not be accepted. Project reference: prj_COL_23051 Tender reference: itt_COL_17977 Additional information: This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free. The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,800,000
