About this contract

To support the Life Chances Programme, the Big Lottery Fund requires suitably qualified people, or organisation(s), to coach, advise, provide direct support and help to instill confidence in commissioners as they progress through each stage of Social Impact Bond (SIB) development from LCF Expression of Interest through to the launch of the proposed SIB, and where appropriate in the initial stages of service delivery. Referrals for support would be made by the LCF fund team and focus upon those proposals that don't currently have specified external support (i.e. from an intermediary).
