About this contract

This procurement project is being conducted to select long term contractors to deliver the specialist services to enable the Council to meet its statutory compliance maintenance obligations, through a bundled service delivery model. In this model, the FM Service will have contracts for provision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services (Planned Preventative Maintenance, statutory maintenance, reactive repairs and projects) that will support the management of the Council's operational estate.
