HS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS<br/>England (Midlands) (the Contracting Authority) wish to commission an integrated forensic medical examination service and sexual assault referral centre (SARC) for adults in Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland. This is a co-commissioned service with Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.<br/>The contract is for 3 years with the commissioner having the option to extend for a further 2 years i.e. 3 + 2 = 5 years.<br/><br/>Organisations wishing to submit a bid will need to register on the Arden GEM Atamis<br/>website and complete the documentation at the following location: https://healthfamily.force.com/s/Welcome<br/><br/>The documentation should be completed by 2pm on the 27th March 2026. The ITT reference is C425057. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.£4,431,270
