About this contract

Leeds City College and Leeds College of Music seek to appoint a suitably experienced and competent term maintenance contract for the Colleges' boilers, heating and ventilation contract. The contract period will be from 1st August 2015 to 31st July 2017 inclusive, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 (twelve) months subject to the Client's satisfaction with the work completed. Site plans for all Leeds City College are available with the tender documents. Please note that site plans for Leeds College of Music will be made available separately.
