About this contract

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the 'Council') is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to enter into a term contract (the 'Contract') to deliver care and support services to adults with learning disability in the Council's catchment area and to transform the service. The contract term is up to seven (7) years with the potential to extend up to five (5) for a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance. Further details are set out below and in the tender documents. Notwithstanding the information given elsewhere in this notice, this procurement is subject to Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
