To provide comprehensivetraining, relevant to Health and social care. 2 / 4 The key objectives of the procurement include: • A easy to use online system which links to Sanctuary's e-learning system • Facility for Supplier to host Sanctuary specific courses • Training materials to be included as part of the contract price. • Online real time reporting available • Implementation as well as on-going account management. • Customer Support to be available during working hours. • The supplier must have an understanding of the Housing and Care sectors to ensure their products will align toSanctuary's needs. • The supplier must offer flexibility for any necessary changes/additions in the future
