About this contract

The London Borough of Havering wishes to invite suitably qualified organisations to provide care and support services at Paines Brook, St Ethelburga & Dreywood Extra Care Housing Schemes in the borough. The Council is looking to award a three year contract (plus two year extension option) that will be delivered by a single provider across all three Schemes. During the period of this contract, the contract may be subject to modification to include potentially new extra care housing schemes that are being developed between 2018 and 2021.
