About this contract

Corserv Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the following: *Scope of Works Green Gym. Tender scope: - Design input - Supply and installation of the play equipment, including preparatory groundworks - Supply and installation of the safety surfaces as required - RoSPA Post Installation Inspection Excluded from scope: - Footpath design and construction - Soft landscaping - Fencing, gates, signage - Initial site reprofiling The order will be placed in two stages, first stage for the design element only and then the second stage for the supply and installation of the gym equipment to suit the programme. Please price the design stage as a separate item. The Contractor shall not be obligated to enter into any further agreement should they choose to proceed with the first stage design element only from the Supplier. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality & 70% Price.
