About this contract

The requirement is to establish a wide-ranging framework agreement that can support Southampton City Council's (the Council) in-house teams in delivering a range of services and minor works to residential dwellings, civic buildings, and other properties and sites owned, managed, or leased by the Council; all to agreed standards and in a timely, consistent, cost effective and safe manner. The council shall use this framework agreement to run further competitions or to direct award call off contracts for the provision of the services and works. Additional information: A more detailed description of the services and works required are detailed within the Proactis suite of documents but the categories/workstreams included within this tendering opportunity comprise: -  Soft landscaping and associated works  Hard landscaping and minor civil works  Macadam & Resin Surfacing  Fencing  Safer Surfacing  Play Area Works  Steel Fabrication and repairs  Agronomy; seeding and cultivation  Hydroseeding; mulching etc.  Minor Works  Project Design Each of the workstream frameworks are being offered as Lots. Contractors may bid for one or more of the 11 Lots.
