About this contract

Bournemouth Borough Council is looking to appoint the services of a dynamic and proactive marketing / event management company with extensive experience. It has a requirement for a provider to organise, market and run its existing Bournemouth Landlord Exhibition and Conference to ensure its continued interest and growing success. This is an annual one day event that has now been running for 10 years, providing landlords and prospective landlords with essential information about the landlord market. For the Council, it provides an opportunity to engage with local landlords and agents to promote the role of regulation and to encourage improved standards. The exhibition provides a networking opportunity as well as the opportunity chance to attend seminars throughout the day. The event is free of charge and attracts approximately 600-700 landlords with approximately 60 exhibitions stands. The successful bid will continue to deliver and market the event in its current format and to enhance it where ever possible.
