The London Borough of Harrow (the “Authority”) is seeking to appoint a Concessionaire for the installation, maintenance and provision of Lamp Column-mounted Electric Vehicle Chargepoints. The procurement requires the Concessionaire to install a minimum of 225 Lamp Column-mounted chargepoints in the Borough, with the opportunity to include a submission of an additional 275 chargepoints. This is an above-threshold concession contract that is regulated by the Concession Contract Regulations 2016.
