About this contract

This requirement is for a Framework agreement for Buildings Maintenance works and small projects on the LLAOL site for a period of Five (5) years. This Tender is a Zero Value Framework with no contractual commitment by LLAOL.It is our intention to award this contract to three (3) contractors for the life of the contract, subject to satisfactory performance
