About this contract

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking a suitably skilled and qualified Contractor to deliver ongoing kitchen maintenance (both planned & reactive) to a variety of school types in the London Borough of Lewisham. This includes but is not limited to the following areas: Maintenance of: - Catering equipment on both a reactive & planned basis - Kitchen fabric (mechanical & electrical works, floors, ceilings, walls, doors, etc.) on both a reactive & planned basis - Statutory compliance testing: - Gas Safety Tests - Portable Appliances - Duct Cleaning - Gas Testing The Contract will be issued for a period of two years and four months with the option to extend for up to two years at the Council's discretion
